DELIVERY INFORMATION

N87 cannot accept liability if you fail to receive your order due to the following circumstances:

A change of delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.

The item is accepted by a reception or concierge service at your chosen delivery address, that is subsequently lost or stolen. This would need to be taken up with the company or person/s signing for, or accepting the delivery on your behalf.

 

We ship your parcel 1 to 2 days after your order. Bear in mind if you order on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday your parcel will be shipped on the following Monday.
